Privacy Policy

Information clause for recruitment purposes

In accordance with art. 13 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter "GDPR", we inform that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Akademia IECC Sp. z o. o., based at Wiertnicza 118, 02-952 Warsaw, tel. +48 574 068 750, e-mail address: manager@abakus-center.eu
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment for the indicated position as part of activities aimed at concluding a contract pursuant to art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR and based on your consent (art.6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
  3. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 30 days after the completion of the recruitment process.
  4. If you agree, your personal data will be processed for future recruitment for a period of one year after the completion of recruitment for the position indicated.
  5. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing IT, legal, advisory, insurance services to the Administrator under relevant contracts and entities authorized to receive your personal data under applicable law.
  6. You have the right to request access to the content of your personal data, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  8. Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, however, these data are needed for the proper performance of all activities related to the recruitment process and the possible conclusion of the contract being the basis of employment/internship.
  9. Your personal data will be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  10. Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Union and to international organizations.

Declaration of Consent:
If you agree to the processing of personal data after the completion of the recruitment process for future recruitment, please include in the application documents consent statement with the following content:
„I agree to the processing of personal data contained in my application by Akademia IECC Sp. z o. o., with registered office at ul. Wiertnicza 118, 02-952 Warsaw, for the needs of future recruitment processes, including for other positions. I am aware that my consent may be withdrawn at any time.”

Information clause for correspondents via e-mail

In accordance with art. 13 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter "GDPR", we inform that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Akademia IECC Sp. z o. o., based at Wiertnicza 118, 02-952 Warsaw, tel. +48 574 068 750, e-mail address: manager@abakus-center.eu
  2. The personal data provided by you in the e-mail will be processed for the following purposes:
    - answers to correspondence received from you, including answers to questions asked, providing information you are asking for;
    - further handling of correspondence with you and dealing with the matter with which you are asking us;
    - possible determination, pursuit of claims or defense against claims.
  3. The administrator processes your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest which is the handling of correspondence with you (art.6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  4. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to handle correspondence with you, extended accordingly by the period resulting from the relationship of correspondence with the concluded legal relationship, archiving obligations, the pursuit of any claims or other obligations required by generally applicable law.
  5. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing IT, legal, advisory, insurance services to the Administrator under relevant contracts and entities authorized to receive your personal data under applicable law.
  6. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request their rectification, deletion, processing restrictions and the right to object to their processing.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  8. Providing your personal data is voluntary and the result of not providing it may be the inability to handle your correspondence.
  9. Your personal data will be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  10. Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Union and to international organizations.

Information Clause for Facebook Fanpage Users of the Akademia IECC Sp. z o. o.

In accordance with art. 13 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter "GDPR", we inform that:

  1. Akademia IECC Sp. z o. o., with registered office at ul. Wiertnicza 118, 02-952 Warsaw, phone: tel. +48 574 068 750, e-mail address: manager@abakus-center.eu is the Administrator of your personal data disclosed while using the profile https://www.facebook.com/AbakusCenterEU/ on Facebook.
  2. The administrator processes personal data of people who have left any trace on our fanpage, e.g. by clicking on the icons: "Like", "Following", "Share" or by leaving a comment.
  3. Your personal data is processed in the scope of: basic identification data (name and surname) and to the extent published by you on your own profile on Facebook.
  4. Your personal data is processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), for the purposes of:
    running a fanpage on the terms and conditions set out by Facebook Inc. and informing about it of our activity and events implemented by the Administrator,
    communication functionality available through Facebook (comments, chat, posts),
    conducting analyzes of functioning, popularity and how to use the fanpage.
  5. Any activity that leaves your personal data on our profile is completely voluntary. You also decide what personal data we will have access to by applying the appropriate privacy settings of your personal profiles.
  6. The administrator may obtain anonymous statistical data on visitors to the fanpage using the "Facebook Insights" function provided by Facebook according to the unchanged conditions of use. This data is collected using cookies, each of which contains a unique user code. Cookies are saved via Facebook on your computer's hard drive or on any other media of visitors to the fanpage. Cookies are active for two years. The user code, which can be associated with the connection data of users registered on Facebook, is downloaded and processed when the fanpage is opened.
  7. The recipients of your personal data are other fanpage users.
  8. The administrator does not transfer your data outside the European Union or to international organizations, subject to the transnational nature of data flow within Facebook using the contractual clauses used by him, approved by the European Commission and decisions of the European Commission, stating the appropriate level of data protection, in accordance with with the rules set out at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
  9. Personal data whose basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest will be processed for the duration of this interest or until an effective objection to the processing is submitted.
  10. You have the right to:
    - access to the content of your data, request rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing,
    - object to the processing on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Administrator;
    - lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you find that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  11. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  12. The above information does not apply to the processing of your personal data by the Facebook administrator. In order to obtain detailed information about the processing of your data by Facebook, please read their Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Information clause concerning correspondence via the contact form

In accordance with art. 13 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter "GDPR", we inform that:

  2. The personal data provided by you in the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

    • further handling of correspondence with you and dealing with the matter with which you contact us;
    • possible determination, pursuit of claims or defense against claims.
  3. The legal basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest in handling correspondence with you (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  4. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing IT, legal, advisory, insurance services for the Administrator pursuant to relevant contracts and entities authorized to receive your personal data pursuant to applicable law.
  5. Your data will be stored until the Administrator's legitimate interests that constitute the basis for this processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing.
  6. You have the right to access data content, request rectification, deletion, processing restrictions and the right to object to data processing.
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  8. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to correspond with you via the contact form.
  9. Your personal data will be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  10. Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Union and to international organizations.
